About the event
Dr. Patrick Goh is an Assistant Professor in the psychology department at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. His research focuses on improving ways to identify children at risk for ADHD early in life and provide therapy that accounts for their unique cultural and contextual situations. He's particularly interested in focusing this work on Asian-American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander populations, because these communities are commonly overlooked in research studies. Dr. Goh is also experienced in implementing evidence-based therapy to manage ADHD and related issues in the home, classroom, and community. Today, he'll be providing some up-to-date information and practical strategies on how to manage and help children with ADHD.
